What changes when the output of an AI system is an action, not a paragraph?
My part in it
I co-owned MoonLight with Gautam and led its product roadmap and design, prioritizing asynchronous, action-oriented workflows. The work grew into an open-source agent SDK.
What stayed with me
The product challenge was making flexible, LLM-generated actions understandable as a workflow. That meant thinking about the sequence, the handoffs, and the experience around the model, not just its response.
