Support automationInterface study
Reconstructed interface study for this exhibition. It illustrates the product idea, not a screenshot or a live system.
04 / CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Oshley
Customer-support automation shaped around client needs, hallucinations, and data leakage.
How do you make support automation useful without trusting every confident answer?
My part in it
I co-built Oshley with Gautam, translating client issues into product decisions and contributing the frontend, backend, and database work. Gautam handled the core implementation.
What stayed with me
A working enterprise demo did not remove the buyer's concern about trusting a student venture. The experience made the difference between a functioning product and a credible vendor very concrete.
